Patient No-Show and Cancellation Policy

We strive to provide excellent and prompt care to all of our patients. In order to be consistent with this, we have adopted a Patient No-Show and Cancellation Policy for our clinic. When an appointment is scheduled, that time is reserved for you and when it is missed or cancelled on short notice, that time cannot be used to see another patient.

Policy Guidelines effective June 1st, 2024:

  • You may cancel your appointment up to two (2) business days before your scheduled appointment.
  • If you miss your appointment or cancel less than two (2) business days before your appointment, Johnson Audiology reserves the right to bill you $100.00 for each no-show or late cancellation. This fee is the patient’s responsibility and is not billable to insurance.

How to Cancel Your Appointment

If you need to cancel your appointment, please call us at 603-643-4327 between the hours of 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM Monday through Friday. If necessary, you may leave a voicemail message.
