If you do not see your insurance plan or partner listed above, and you would like to be seen at Johnson Audiology, inquire about out-of-network benefits for audiology services and/or hearing aids. If you have out-of-network benefits through your insurance company, you would pay out-of-pocket for services and then would apply for reimbursement through your insurance.
